How do you practice self-care?

 HOW DO YOU PRATICE SELF-CARE ?

praticing self-care isn't as hard as many people may think.

self-care is like a important daily routine, where you repeat the same things daily without giving it a second thought. Taking care of yourself is one of the best life making decisions.

Down below are a few rules and advice which would help you in praticing some of the perfect self-care routine. I hope this isn't something forced unto yourself but something you are actually intrested in doing because self -care is really important in a everyone's lives.



STARTING WITH:

Ensure that you are ready because this is going to be a long journey but one you are going to get use to in no time.

 I hope you are employed or have some type of income coming in, if not it doesn't matter since we could find a way around it.

 Do you oye anyone money? if so, you should slove that problem down the line or as soon as possible. OYING someone money could be a whole stress issue and self-care has no room for stress what so ever. 

Focus on what you can do and not what you are unable to do. FOR EXAMPLE: i mentioned oying people money, if you are unable to pay the ones you oye, you should speak to that person and allow them to know you need more time because that is something you can do and not something you are unable to do. I usually apply this method to all my situations in life, it makes things more simple and i love simple.

MY EXPERIENCE.

I once dealt with a really bad illness which was a life and death situation. I was unable to pay for the treatment i needed due to complications and during that time my boyfriend never visited me or said how i was doing but instead he went on and found someone else. I focused on what i could do, which included begging someone to lend me the money and the situation with my boyfriend, there was nothing i cound do, so i did nothing and now i'm in a better place. If you are ill, while getting treatment don't focus on the illness, focus on your life.

FOCUS ON YOUR FUTURE AND STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE PAST.

the past will always be there and i need everyone to understand that.

if you keep looking bad at your past, you are only holding yourself back

reviewing the past hurts and why would you want to feel that pain all over again?
